Kleemann presents the successor to the popular MR 130 EVO2 in the form of the MOBIREX MR 130 EVO mobile impact crusher. The machine offers impressively low fuel consumption, high performance and flexibility. The new MOBIREX MR 130 EVO impact crusher with D-DRIVE drive concept will initially be available in Europe from early 2027. Other markets will follow in turn.
Optimum final product quality and high plant performance
The MOBIREX MR 130 EVO impact crusher is a versatile solution and impresses with a high continuous throughput. Applications range from various recycling tasks, such as the processing of concrete, mixed material and asphalt through to operations with soft to medium-hard natural rock. Thanks to the optional double-deck post screening unit, up to two classes of final product can be produced and the target grain can be split into two separate material flows. Wind sifters can remove lightweight material such as wood and plastic from both oversize grain and medium grain. The swiveling middle grain conveyor also enables subsequent merging with fine grain for even better final product quality.
High-performance crusher direct drive, continuous crushing process
The updated D-DRIVE diesel direct drive concept with the newest generation of engine gives the MOBIREX MR 130 EVO excellent fuel efficiency. As part of this, all secondary drives, such as vibrating chutes and conveyor belts are driven electrically. One load-dependent fan reduces noise emissions.
The CFS (Continuous Feed System) monitors the utilization of the crusher and the engine to guarantee continuous material conveyance. This optimizes the crusher utilization, reduces the wear and delivers excellent material quality.
Smart operating concept for simple plant operation
With the intuitive holistic SPECTIVE operating concept from Kleemann, the operator has a variety of tools to take the hard work out of their working day. SPECTIVE CONNECT simplifies the digitalization of the plant on the construction site. All important data is transferred to the smartphone or tablet, making reporting easier. Detailed troubleshooting guides in SPECTIVE CONNECT provide support – meaning less downtime, higher productivity and more revenue.
Operating convenience at the push of a button
The MOBIREX MR 130 EVO features fully automatic crusher gap adjustment and zero-point determination. Adjusting the gap setting is simply a matter of pressing a button, making the laborious task of manual measurement on the machine a thing of the past. The zero-point determination feature compensates for wear during crusher start-up and ensures a homogeneous crushing product. Another added convenience is found in the tool-free opening of the crusher: In just 30 seconds, you can have a full view into the crushing chamber. This allows for fast visual inspection and makes replacing the blow bars simpler.
