Fullbay launches next-generation heavy-duty repair shop platform to simplify complex workflows

Fullbay has launched Fullbay Next, an AI-native, cloud-based platform designed to modernise heavy-duty repair and fleet maintenance. Drawing on more than a decade of commercial repair expertise and extensive industry data, the platform aims to help repair shops and fleets work more efficiently, reduce administrative workloads and keep technicians focused on servicing equipment.

Fullbay Next brings the repair process into a single, mobile-optimised interface, allowing users to track jobs, create work orders and keep customers informed. The platform is being introduced in phases, beginning with independent and mobile repair businesses before expanding to medium and large operations.

Key features include a technician-focused Wrench Mode, a visual Kanban board for tracking jobs, and Quick Work Order for rapidly creating new repair orders. Its built-in AI capabilities can convert and clean up technician notes from voice input, analyse images of parts to identify potential issues and provide an AI Receptionist to handle after-hours and overflow calls.

The platform also includes a customer portal designed to provide fleets with access to service information and repair histories, while a new developer portal and API provide expanded integration capabilities. With these tools, Fullbay aims to create a connected, data-driven platform that improves efficiency across heavy-duty repair and fleet maintenance operations.
