Gratomic Inc. (TSX-V:GRAT, OTCQX:CBULF) has announced the appointment of Ndelineekela Helao Shivolo as a government liaison consultant to enhance Gratomic’s relations with the Government of the Republic of Namibia.
This is seen as a crucial step for the success of Gratomic’s Aukam graphite project.
Shivolo, a seasoned geoscientist registered with the Geoscience Council of Namibia and a member of the Geological Society of Namibia, brings over a decade of experience in both public and private sectors.
His background in geology and mineral exploration will play a pivotal role in advancing Gratomic’s project, which focuses on mineral rights applications and the support of small-scale miners.
During his tenure in the Mining Department of Namibia’s Ministry of Mines and Energy, Shivolo contributed to mineral policy and regulation.
For his consultancy role, Shivolo has been granted one million options exercisable at C$0.20 for five years.
